▶ Aim with the mouse. Fly with both hands.
Your cursor is now your gunsight. Point at a target, hold left-click to thrust toward it, right-click to fire — all without taking your hand off the keys.
Keyboard controls still work and stay live in parallel, so you can switch mid-fight when the action moves. No menu toggle, no scheme picker — just fly.

// Same-day hot-fix
-
Mouse aim no longer wobbles. Tight bang-bang oscillation around the target angle is gone — projectiles now land where the cursor points instead of spraying ±2°.

Controls survive the feedback modal. After submitting feedback (or any pause/modal cycle), inputs would lock in one direction and the arrow keys would die. Input lifecycle now resets cleanly through every modal exit.

// PILOT'S NOTE
This one’s for the pilots who asked for it. Mouse aim is a fundamentally different way to fly — the keyboard scheme is still excellent for sweeping maneuvers, but mouse lets you keep your reticle on a moving target while strafing past asteroids. Try both in the same dogfight; they’re more complementary than competitive.
Big thanks to pilot MADMEX for flagging the two regressions inside ten minutes of launch — exactly the loop we want. Both issues were fixed in the same hot-fix that shipped same-day.
